The entity organizing this sweepstakes is Smart Products Connection S.A., with registered office at Parque Tecnológico de Álava – C/ Leonardo Da Vinci 14, Miñano (Álava), and Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) A-01042878 (hereinafter, “SPC”).

The purpose of this sweepstakes is to reward the users targeted by the promotional communication and to encourage their engagement with the SPC brand.

The purpose of this sweepstakes is to offer participants the opportunity to win a €100 gift card/voucher, redeemable at SPC’s official online store.

The promotion shall be valid for persons residing in Spain, France, and mainland Portugal.

Residents of the Balearic Islands may also participate.

Residents of the Canary Islands and territories not expressly included in these terms and conditions are excluded from the promotion.

The participation period for the sweepstakes shall begin on September 28, 2026, and end on November 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours.

Any entry submitted outside this period shall not be taken into consideration.

All natural persons over 18 years of age, residing in the territories indicated in Section 3, who have received the promotional communication sent by SPC and participate in the sweepstakes in accordance with the mechanism established in these terms and conditions, may participate in the sweepstakes free of charge and voluntarily.

To participate, participants must complete the action indicated in the promotional communication, consisting of clicking on the link or button provided for this purpose in the email received.

Participation shall be associated with the email address to which the promotional communication was sent, which shall be included in the list of participants used to conduct the sweepstakes.

Employees of SPC, their immediate family members, and any persons who have been directly or indirectly involved in organizing this promotion may not participate.

Each participant may enter only once. If the same email address generates multiple entries, only one entry shall be taken into consideration.

SPC reserves the right to exclude from the sweepstakes any entries that it considers fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, or submitted through procedures that interfere with the normal operation of the promotion.

The prize shall consist of a €100 gift card or voucher, which may be used to make purchases at SPC’s official online store: www.onspc.com.

The prize amount may be used to purchase products available on SPC’s website at the time of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions governing use of the voucher, which shall be communicated to the winner.

The prize may not be exchanged for cash or another prize and is personal and non-transferable.

The voucher will be valid for 1 month, from December 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

If the purchase amount is less than €100, the difference shall not be paid or refunded to the winner. If the purchase amount exceeds €100, the winner may pay the difference using the payment methods available on the website.

The prize may not be used to purchase products that are not available for purchase at the time the voucher is used.

From September 28, 2026, until November 1, 2026, at 00:00 hours, persons who receive the promotional communication may participate in the sweepstakes by clicking on the link or button provided for this purpose in the relevant email.

Clicking on the participation link will allow SPC to register the email address associated with the communication as an entry in the sweepstakes.

Once the participation period has ended, SPC shall prepare a list of valid participants and conduct a random draw among all valid entries, using a system or tool that allows the winner to be selected randomly.

One (1) winner shall be selected.

SPC may also select one or more reserve participants, who shall replace the winner if the winner cannot be contacted, does not accept the prize, or does not meet the requirements established in these terms and conditions.

The winner shall be contacted within a maximum period of 5 business days following the end of the participation period, using the email address with which they participated in the sweepstakes.

The winner shall have 5 business days from the date the notification is sent to confirm receipt of the notification and accept the prize.

Once confirmation has been received from the winner, SPC shall send the relevant instructions and/or the €100 voucher for use at SPC’s official online store.

SPC shall not be liable in cases where the communication cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond SPC’s control, including, but not limited to, errors in the email address, problems with the email service provider, or the message being delivered to the spam or junk mail folder.

It shall be the participant’s responsibility to check their inbox and, where applicable, their spam or junk mail folder during the period established for notification of the prize.

If the winner fails to respond within the established period, rejects the prize, or does not meet the participation requirements, SPC may contact the next reserve participant, following the same procedure.

If none of the reserve participants is able to receive the prize under the established conditions, SPC may declare the prize unawarded.

Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Failure to accept any of the conditions established herein shall result in the participant being excluded from the sweepstakes.

SPC reserves the right to exclude from the sweepstakes any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who, through any fraudulent or irregular procedure, attempts to interfere with the normal operation of the promotion.

The data controller responsible for processing personal data shall be Smart Products Connection S.A.

The participant’s email address shall be processed for the purposes of managing their participation in the sweepstakes, selecting and contacting the winner, and managing delivery of the prize.

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation and SPC’s Privacy Policy.

Participation in the sweepstakes is exclusively intended for persons who have previously given their consent to receive commercial communications from SPC.

Participation in the sweepstakes does not constitute the provision of new consent to receive commercial communications, as such consent must already exist in order to participate.

Participants may exercise their applicable data protection rights in accordance with the terms established in SPC’s Privacy Policy.

Participation in this sweepstakes does not entail the assignment to SPC of any intellectual property or image rights other than those that may be expressly authorized by the participant.

In particular, SPC may publicly disclose the winner’s name or identifier only where there is an appropriate legal basis for doing so and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

SPC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this sweepstakes in the event of force majeure, circumstances beyond its control, or any other circumstance that prevents its normal operation.

In the event of modification or cancellation, SPC shall communicate such circumstance through the means it deems appropriate.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
