Quality policy

At SPC, we have spent decades developing technological products to bring the best and latest technology to all people and to accompany both individuals and businesses on the journey of innovation. Specializing in consumer electronics, we offer our users: tablets, true wireless earphones, speakers, smartphones, home telephony, mobile phones for seniors, and a wide range of Smart Home solutions, among others. In the area of professional services, we provide collaboration and communication solutions to both large and small companies.

Our efforts have always been, are, and will be focused on offering excellence in terms of the quality of both our products and the service we provide to all users of our brand. To this end, we guarantee perseverance in striving to offer the highest quality, continuous improvement at all levels of the organization, and a commitment to keep our eyes on the future to anticipate the technological needs of society and provide solutions to these under the best conditions of quality and accessibility.

To ensure this purpose, at SPC we have implemented a quality management system based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and we commit to meeting all applicable requirements. We do this with the determination to always offer the best of ourselves and the hope of meeting the expectations of both the members of our organization and all the people and companies who place their trust in our work and products.

Finally, it is worth highlighting that our strongest commitment is to people. Especially considering that they are the driving force of the corporation, to the people who make SPC possible.

Therefore, with the aim that our team maintains a healthy balance between professional, personal, and family life, at the beginning of 2023 we joined the Kontzilia community, a program of the Department of Equality, Justice, and Social Policies of the Basque Government aimed at informing and reflecting on topics related to shared reconciliation.

Thanks to this membership, we now have a situational diagnosis and a participatory and dynamic action plan that allows us to study, develop, and implement reconciliation and flexibility policies that thus increase the overall well-being of the workforce.
