Being 60, 70, or… 90 years old doesn’t conflict with adapting to current times. Neither old age nor youth is just a number. A person can have many decades on their ID card but understand the world around them through the eyes of a millennial. And that’s what SPC people are: Always People Connected!
To celebrate life, to celebrate the lessons that older people always give us, and to celebrate their endless desire to learn, as part of the blog series we developed for the 2nd Edition of Senior Week, today we bring you this collection of social profiles featuring older people, but always connected.

One thing is true: at 82 years old, she dares to do everything—even ride a tricycle! It’s easy to see why she already has more than 200,000 followers on her Instagram profile.
.- @abueliconchita2: Grandma Conchita shares her thoughts on different everyday circumstances and situations with her more than 100,000 Instagram followers. Her 90 years of life experience give her the freedom and authority to speak without filters, regardless of what others might say; but always from an elegant, neat, and orderly stance.
.- @teresalapelaya (Instagram): Grandma Teresa is a 92-year-old woman with no filters and no beating around the bush. At her age, she has earned the right to say whatever she feels like—she’s earned it! She already has over 180,000 followers on Instagram and is as natural as she is charming in the videos her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter post while teasing her.

At 91 years old, she has been living with Parkinson’s disease for 30 years, but she shows every day that neither age nor her personal circumstances have been an obstacle to becoming a local fashion icon.
.- @abueladedragones (Instagram): this grandmother is already used to fame, success, and cameras, as she was the winner of her season on the televised cooking contest Masterchef Grandparents. This has made her one of the most recognized grandmother-influencers and she already has over 184,000 followers on her Instagram profile.
.- @guelapepi (Instagram): don’t you find that the best recipes are always the grandmothers’? Well, precisely to share them with all of us, Pepita Argüelles posts the recipes she wants to share with her nearly 25,000 followers.
.- @larosariotv (Instagram): breaking several myths, this Instagram profile not only shows how age is not a barrier to making use of the technological advances society has at its disposal, but also presents itself as a staunch defender of the regional causes of her Extremadura. At 91 years old, Rosario freely shares her thoughts in front of the camera directed by her own grandson Gonzalo and already has more than 21,000 followers on her social network.
.- @luussanti (TikTok): and there are those who get excited about TikTok, the quintessential millennial social network. Such is the case of Luis Santini, a man passionate about singing along to the chords of his guitar. If you visit his profile with over 1 million followers, you will see that besides singing songs, he is a true sweet tooth and loves eating sweets and ice cream.

Now past the 90s age range (he is 94 years old), we see in him and his videos a person with a great sense of humor and full of vitality who loves, above all, spending time with his family and enjoying the pleasures of life.
