Summer is here, the days are longer, and if you’re lucky enough to be on vacation, you have many more hours in the day to come up with new plans to keep entertained and have fun. Here’s one we suggest that you might not know yet.
Surely some time ago you were one of those people doing some of the viral challenges that popped up on social media. Well, they’re back again! Yes, just as you hear (or rather, as you read), you can start making those homemade videos again with a partner, family, friends, or by yourself and test your skills in different situations.
The test we bring you is a small physical exercise that seems like only women can do and that men struggle with again and again. We’ll just say that we’ve tried it ourselves and, in the vast majority of cases, this theory has also held true.
The execution is very simple, but we can assure you it will be much more fun if you do it with a partner or a group of friends. We list the steps below:
1.- get down on your knees,
2.- bend your torso and support yourself on your elbows on the ground,
3.- remove one arm and place it behind your back, so that only one elbow remains on the ground,
(up to this point it’s simple and suitable for the whole family; but from here on, things get complicated, especially if you’re a man)
4.- remove the other arm,
5.- don’t fall flat on your face,
6.- get back up to a vertical position, if you can.
