Ya tenía uno y compré para otro para mi mujer, y funciona fenomenal.

Llegó muy rápido, bien embalado y atención al cliente impecable. Las instrucciones son muy escasas, era un regalo para una persona mayor. No tiene una usabilidad fácil.

Hola, hasta ahora no he tenido problemas con el producto en general a lo largo del aproximadamente un año que lo he utilizado.
El problema es con la opción de la luz incorporada del aparato, al pulsar manteniendo la tecla solo funciona como para configurar la intensidad, mientras que pulsandola una vez para que se encienda no funciona.
Cuando se compró el producto esta opción si funcionaba, pero hace apenas una semana mientras la opción estaba funcionando de repente se apagó la luz y ya tras varios intentos se encendía por instantes pero ahora ni siquiera inicia la luz.

¿La garantía lo cubre?

Si lo sé no lo compro

No se puede cambiar el tamaño de letra, la batería escasa, lo he comprado el 4 de octubre y ya lo he cargado 2 veces. El botón de pasar página va bastante duro, si sígue asi lo enviaré para que lo vean.

Por un lado, te confirmamos que el tamaño de letra sí se puede cambiar desde tu SPC Dickens Light 2 pero que todo depende del tipo de archivo que estés utilizando, por ejemplo, funciona perfectamente con formatos epub.

En cuanto a la duración de la batería, ésta viene dada en función del uso que le des al dispositivo. Por ejemplo: si utilizas siempre la luz de la pantalla, es posible que la batería dure menos. Si no es el caso, por favor, contacta con nuestro servicio técnico en el teléfono 944 580 178 para que puedan revisarlo y ofrecerte una solución.
