Overcome the challenge with style!
When we talk about Spanish blogs that are pioneers in lifestyle topics aimed at a male audience in our country, one name quickly comes up: Javier Ollero.
The star of our latest #SmartChallenge created the blog Stripes and Checks in 2011, while studying to become an optician optometrist in Granada. With the desire to offer his own viewpoint in the world of trends, Ollero used his blog and social networks to learn about the latest in men's fashion and, in turn, write about it to help all those interested in achieving an important goal: dressing with character.
And indeed, if Javier has brought anything to the influencer world, it is plenty of character. His content, in which he carries out excellent informative work about the most important launches around fashion and urban lifestyle, is also seasoned with good doses of humour and irony. That constant creativity, along with his dedication on all his social media profiles—especially on his Instagram profile—are some good reasons why Javier has a reserved place for anyone interested in the world of digital trendsetters.
A follower of great style icons like David Beckham or the model Johannes Huebl, Javier always has skinny trousers in his wardrobe and a good selection of basic black and white shirts for moments that require less formality and more comfort. However, regarding eyewear, Javier does not settle for the basics and has known how to apply his good aesthetic taste to what is his “traditional” profession by launching a few months ago Martison, a premium sunglasses brand with which he is making an interesting mark in the optical sector’s online market.
When SPC contacted Ollero for their new challenge, the answer was a resounding “I accept,” just as @go_miriam did before him without hesitation. And we say “resounding” because doing countless high-intensity exercises with the guidance and suggestions of your followers is something one can only face with a good dose of determination.
