Clay Jensen is the main character of the story; the young man returns home after school and finds a box with a cassette tape with his name on it. When he is about to listen to it, he discovers that the voice on it is Hannah’s, a classmate who had committed suicide a few weeks earlier.
Little by little, the tapes will reveal the 13 reasons that led Hannah to take her own life and the reasons why different people are receiving these tapes and their guilt in her decision.
The 100
It is a post-apocalyptic drama based on the books by Kass Morgan. A nuclear war devastated the earth 100 years ago, but civilization has managed to find a way forward.
Some humans managed to escape and survive the catastrophe and the rules have changed. After 100 years, the future of humans lies in the hands of some criminals living inside a spaceship at the The Ark station. The group of people who escaped the war is made up of 100 individuals who must return to Earth to colonize the planet again.
Riverdale
If you are a fan of the Archie comics, you cannot miss this thriller set around its characters and their mysterious life inside the high school of this American town. It has three seasons that you can watch on Netflix.
The story begins after the brutal murder of Jason Blossom, an event that will shock the inhabitants of Riverdale and open all kinds of wounds among the main characters. Little by little, the characters will become aware of their own traumas and darkest secrets.
Pretty Little Liars
It tells the life of four teenagers: Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale), Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell), Hannah Marin (Ashley Benson), and Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario). Suddenly, the peaceful lives of these young women are shattered by the disappearance of Alison DiLaurentis, who was the leader of this group. After a year of exhausting searches, Alison’s lifeless body appears.
The four friends, estranged since the disappearance, reunite again at their friend’s funeral, at which point they begin to receive anonymous messages in which they are blackmailed so that the unknown person called A does not reveal their secrets.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
It is one of the breakout series of last season on Netflix and has just released new episodes. Sabrina is based on one of the characters appearing in the Archie Comics. This character’s new life begins a few days before turning 16. Her birthday is a very special day for Sabrina because, besides coinciding with Halloween, this year it will feature a very special event, a total lunar eclipse.
Sabrina is half witch and half mortal, and for this reason, she has kept her true identity secret for the past years. Only her aunts Zelda and Hilda and her cousin Ambrose know her secret. Until she turned 16, Sabrina was a normal girl, but her life began to change a few days before reaching this age, when she must choose her path: to remain mortal or to become a witch for good. If she decides to keep her powers, she must give up her freedom, something she is not willing to do.
This story may sound familiar, but it has little to do with the television series Sabrina: The Teenage Witch, where humor and the friendly side of the characters were the main tone. This is a much darker version and more faithful to the original story.
The best series of all time
