ORGANIZING COMPANY

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION S.A., hereinafter SPC, with registered office at LEONARDO DA VINCI, 14 and tax ID number A01042878, organizes the drawing for 10 SPC ETHER PRO headphones.

FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND INSTAGRAM do not sponsor, endorse, or manage this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with them. The user fully disassociates from FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND INSTAGRAM and is aware that, if selected as a winner, they are providing their information to SPC and not to FACEBOOK, TWITTER, OR INSTAGRAM. The information provided will be used to notify the winner and to deliver the prize so they can enjoy it.

Notification of the result will be strictly via email.

PURPOSE AND MECHANICS OF THE DRAWING

The drawing aims to promote the SPC project and products.

To participate and have a chance to win the prize, it is necessary to:

Vote, through the form prepared by SPC and whose link will be shared via various social networks, for the position in which the Spanish representative will finish in Eurovision 2023.
The vote must be unique and linked to an email address in order to notify the participant if they guessed correctly and are one of the winners.
The same email cannot be linked to two votes; otherwise, the participation will be void.
Additionally, if participating via Instagram: like the post and mention at least one friend in the comments who must have a personal account, not a business one.
Additionally, if participating via Facebook: like the post and mention at least one friend in the comments who must have a personal account, not a business one.
Additionally, if participating via Twitter: retweet and mention at least one friend in the comments.
Participation must be with a real person's account, not brands or entities. You may participate on the post of any of the three social networks.
Among those who correctly guess the position and meet the participation requirements, 10 SPC ETHER PRO True Wireless headphones will be drawn.

The organization reserves the right to invalidate participations from personal profiles suspected of being fraudulent.

DURATION AND SCOPE

The drawing is national in scope, subject to the prize being sent to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, excluding shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, and/or the Canary Islands, although participation from these areas is allowed.

The drawing will start on May 8, 2023, throughout the day and will end on Saturday, May 13 at 9:00 p.m. The winner’s name will be announced on the mentioned social channels during Monday, May 15, 2023.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE

Those eligible to participate in the drawing are:

All natural persons over 18 years old residing in Spain who have a real profile on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and a working email address.

WINNER SELECTION

Among all correct guesses, 10 winners will be chosen using an external platform that allows the selection of winners from multi-network drawings such as Cooltab or Easypromos.

PRIZE

The prize consists of SPC ETHER PRO headphones, valued at €79.90.

A total of 10 units will be awarded.

RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Fraud will be understood, by way of example but not limitation, to occur when the supposed use of applications independent of the website is detected: abuse of server queries and all behaviors that may appear abusive or malicious.

The detection of any of these practices during the drawing will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the prize if it had been awarded.

The company is exempt from any liability in case of errors in the data provided by the winner that prevent their identification.

Likewise, the company limits its liability for damages of any kind that may arise from temporary unavailability or interruption of the services through which participation in the promotion occurs, particularly but not exclusively, failures in access to the various pages and submission of participation responses via the internet.

The company also reserves the right to make changes that ensure the proper completion of the drawing when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out as set forth in these rules.

The company reserves the right to postpone or extend the drawing period, as well as the authority to interpret these legal rules.

Furthermore, the organizing company will be exempt from all liability if any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as from liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data of the winner such as name and surname, address, town, email, phone number, and other data necessary for prize delivery will be collected. The company guarantees compliance with the obligations and guarantees established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the implementing regulation of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

Participation in the drawing implies knowledge and acceptance of the following points by the participants:

All participants accept providing the necessary and mandatory data for the drawing process, communication with the winner, and prize delivery.
Participants accept receiving commercial advertising communications via email, SMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow commercial communications. These communications will be made by the organizing company and relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has promotional agreements.
Data will be treated confidentially and stored in an automated personal data file, with SPC as the owner and responsible party, with registered office at Álava Technology Park, Leonardo da Vinci 14 in Miñano.
The owner guarantees the possibility of data cancellation for participants who wish to do so and communicate it via the email dpd@spc.es

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Simply participating in the drawing implies acceptance of these Rules, so expressing non-acceptance of all or part of them will result in the participant’s exclusion and, consequently, the company will be released from the obligation contracted with that participant.

CONTENTS AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION, S.A. does not assume any responsibility arising from the contents linked on the Website, provided they are external to it, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in them that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the user's documents or files, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

In the event that any user, client, or third party considers that the content or services provided by the linked pages are unlawful or harm the goods or rights of the user, a client, or a third party liable for compensation, and, in particular, consist of:

- Activities or contents that may be considered criminal under Spanish criminal law.
