• Follow both brands on the social network from which you participate (Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram) and meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Participation via Instagram: mention at least TWO friends and add the hashtag #SemanaDeLosMayoresSPC. Sharing the original giveaway post in Stories will count as an extra entry. If you have a private account, just send a DM to @spc_spain to proceed with validation.
  • Participation via Facebook: mention at least TWO friends and share the original giveaway post. The shared post must be public to proceed with validation. Add the hashtag #SemanaDeLosMayoresSPC
  • Participation via Twitter: mention at least TWO friends in comments and retweet. Add the hashtag #SemanaDeLosMayoresSPC

Participation must be with a real person's account, not brands or entities. You can participate in the post on any of the 3 social networks as many times as you want.

The organization reserves the right to invalidate those entries from personal profiles that are likely to be fraudulent profiles.

4. DURATION, SCOPE AND METHODOLOGY

The raffle is international in scope, subject to the physical prize shipment (the smartphones) being made to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, excluding shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and other countries, but participation from those locations is allowed.

They may be sent to the Don Pancho Hotel to be picked up there at the time of enjoying the stay.

The raffle will be launched on October 1, 2022, throughout the day and will end on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. The winner's name will be announced on the mentioned social channels throughout Monday, October 10, 2022.

Five more substitutes will be drawn. If the first selected person cannot be located within 3 business days or tacitly declines, the next one will be chosen, and so on.

If none of the selected individuals can be located, the raffle will be declared null and there will be no prize beneficiaries.

5. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE AND REQUIREMENTS TO BE A BENEFICIARY 

All natural persons over 18 years old residing in Spain with a real profile on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram may participate in the raffle.

Those who can enjoy the stay at the Don Pancho Hotel are the people who, by age, are the focus of this action, all those born before January 1, 1963.

Preferably, the 2 beneficiaries of the raffle will be over 60 years old; otherwise, one person over 60 accompanied by the raffle winner may enjoy it.

6. WINNER SELECTION 

Among all entries that meet the requirements, a winner will be chosen using an external platform that allows the selection of winners for multi-network raffles such as Cooltab or Easypromos.

7. PRIZES 

The prize consists of two SPC ZEUS 4G PRO smartphones for seniors, each valued at €149.90, and a 3-night stay at the Don Pancho Hotel with half board.

The prize includes the shipment of the mobile devices, but not the transportation to the hotel facilities nor any other expenses arising from the stay.

7.1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR REDEEMING THE PRIZE AT THE DON PANCHO HOTEL 

Accommodation at the Don Pancho hotel can be used from the same day the winner is announced until March 31, 2024, with the following periods exempted:

• The months of June, July, and August.
• Christmas period (December 23 to January 7)
• Easter 2023 (April 1 to 9)

In any case, accommodation is subject to availability at the hotel, which must be checked with reception via mail@hoteldonpancho.es

Nights must be enjoyed consecutively and the included meal plan is half board (BREAKFAST AND DINNER), this period or meal plan may be extended by the winner paying the difference in accommodation.

9. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS 

It shall be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that fraud occurs when the supposed use of applications independent of the website is detected: abuse of server queries and all behaviors that may appear abusive/malicious.

The detection of any of these practices during the raffle will result in immediate disqualification, as well as the loss of the prize if it had been awarded.

The company is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winner that prevents their identification.

Similarly, the company limits its liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which participation in the promotion takes place, particularly, but not exclusively, failures in access to the different pages and submission of participation responses via the internet.

The company also reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful completion of the raffle when there is just cause or force majeure reasons that prevent it from being carried out as set forth in these terms.

The company reserves the right to postpone or extend the raffle period, as well as the authority to interpret these legal terms.

Likewise, the organizing company shall be exempt from all liability if any of the cases mentioned occur, as well as from liability for damages that may be caused during the enjoyment of the prize.

10. DATA PROTECTION 

Personal data of the winner will be collected such as name and surname, address, city, email, phone, and other data that may be necessary for prize delivery. The company guarantees compliance with the obligations and guarantees established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation developing the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

Participation in the draw implies knowledge and acceptance of the following points by the participants:

a) All participants accept providing the necessary and mandatory data for the draw procedure, communication with the winner, and prize delivery.
b) Participants accept receiving commercial advertising communications via email, SMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the organizing company and will relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached some promotional agreement.
c) The data will be treated confidentially and stored in an automated file of personal data, with the company SPC being the owner and responsible for the entire file, with registered office at Parque tecnológico de Álava, Leonardo da Vinci 14 in Miñano.
d) The holder guarantees the possibility of canceling the data of participants who wish to do so and communicate it via the email dpd@spc.es

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Simply participating in the draw implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, so expressing non-acceptance of all or part of them will result in the participant's exclusion and, consequently, the company will be released from fulfilling the obligation contracted with that participant.
