How do I start using the watch when I receive it?

You only need to charge it with the included magnetic cable, turn it on, and connect it by Bluetooth to your mobile. Then download the SMART YOU app so it can start recording your activity data.

Can I answer calls directly from the watch?

Yes. When connected to the mobile by Bluetooth, you can make and receive calls from the watch itself. It is very handy if you have the phone in your bag or in another room.

Do you need a SIM card?

No. The SPC SMARTEE DUO VIVO does not work independently nor uses a SIM card. It depends on the mobile phone for calls, notifications, and synchronization.

Is it water-resistant? Can I get it wet?

Yes. It has an IP68 rating, so it withstands sweat, rain, and splashes from daily use. It is not designed for swimming or to endure daily hot water showers. But if accidents happen, do not worry: it holds up.

How long does the battery last?

The battery life lasts up to 8 days with regular use and about 5 days with heavy use, depending on notifications and calls.
