Is it difficult to start using SPC ZEUS 2 PRO?

No. When turning it on for the first time, the phone guides you step by step. The Easy Mode shows large icons and only the essentials, so everything is simple from the start.

What happens if the elderly person presses the wrong button?

No problem. Many settings can be adjusted remotely with the SPC Care app, without the elderly person having to figure out how to undo their action.

How does the SOS button work?

When pressed for 3 seconds, it emits a sound signal, sends messages to emergency contacts, and starts a cycle of calls to them until a response is received. It is a quick and simple way to ask for help in case of need.

Can a family member know if everything is going well?

Yes. SPC Care sends alerts to family caregivers if the battery is low or if the phone has not been used for 8, 12, or 24 hours (configurable).
