ORGANIZING COMPANIES

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION S.A., hereinafter SPC, with registered office at LEONARDO DA VINCI, 14 and tax ID number A01042878, organizes the draw for a Senior pack consisting of an SPC ZEUS 4G PRO 4/64, an SPC GRAVITY 3 4G SENIOR EDITION tablet, and an SPC SMARTEE 4G SENIOR smartwatch, as well as a 100€ voucher for a purchase at www.spc.es

DISASSOCIATION FROM INSTAGRAM

INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or manage this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user fully disassociates from INSTAGRAM and understands that, if selected as a winner, they are providing their information to SPC and not to INSTAGRAM. The information provided will be used to notify the winner, deliver the prize, and allow them to enjoy it.

The result notification will be made through the brand’s Instagram profile (@spc_spain)

PURPOSE AND PROCEDURE OF THE DRAW

To participate and have a chance to win the prize, it is necessary to:

Follow the SPC Spain Instagram profile (@spc_spain) and meet the following minimum requirements:

Upload a photo with your favorite elderly person to your feed or stories.

Tag the brand (@spc_spain) and add the hashtag #SemanaDeLosMayores

Participation must be made with a real personal account, not from brands or organizations. Each photo uploaded counts as one entry, and it is essential that the profile is public, even if temporarily, to register the entry.

The organizer reserves the right to invalidate entries from personal profiles suspected of being fraudulent.

DURATION, SCOPE, AND METHOD

The draw is national in scope, with the prize shipment limited to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands; shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, and/or the Canary Islands are excluded, though participation from these areas is allowed.

The draw will start on October 1, 2024, throughout the day and will end on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. The winner’s name will be announced on SPC’s Instagram profile (@spc_spain) on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

Three alternates will also be drawn. If the first selected winner cannot be reached within 3 working days or tacitly declines, the next alternate will be contacted, and so on.

If none of the selected winners can be reached, the draw will be declared void and no prize will be awarded.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE AND TO BE A WINNER

All natural persons over 18 years old residing in Spain with a real Instagram profile may participate in the draw.

WINNER SELECTION

Among all entries that meet the requirements, a winner will be chosen using an external platform that allows the selection of winners for multi-network draws such as Cooltab or Easypromos.

PRIZES

The prize consists of a senior smartphone SPC ZEUS 4G PRO 4/64, valued at €159.90, an SPC GRAVITY 3 4G SENIOR EDITION tablet valued at €209.90, an SPC SMARTEE 4G SENIOR smartwatch valued at €129.90, and a €100 voucher valid for a single purchase of any product available on www.spc.es.

The prize includes shipping, and the winner will not have to pay anything to receive it.

RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Fraud will be understood, by way of example but not limited to, as the use of applications independent of the website: abuse of server queries and any behavior that may appear abusive or malicious.

The detection of any of these practices during the draw will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the prize if it had been awarded.

The company is exempt from any liability in case of errors in the data provided by the winner that prevent their identification.

Likewise, the company limits its liability for damages of any kind that may arise from temporary unavailability or interruption of the services through which participation in the promotion is made, including, but not limited to, failures in access to the pages and sending of participation responses via the internet.

The company also reserves the right to make changes that ensure the proper conduct of the draw when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out as set out in these terms.

The company reserves the right to postpone or extend the draw period, as well as the authority to interpret these legal terms.

Furthermore, the organizing company will be exempt from all liability if any of the above cases occur, as well as from liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data of the winner such as name and surname, address, town, email, phone number, and other necessary data for prize delivery will be collected. The company guarantees compliance with the obligations and safeguards established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the implementing regulation of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

Participation in the draw implies knowledge and acceptance of the following points by the participants:

All participants agree to provide the necessary and mandatory data for the draw process, communication with the winner, and prize delivery.
Participants agree to receive commercial advertising communications via email, SMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow commercial communications. These communications will be made by the organizing company and relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has promotional agreements.
The data will be treated confidentially and stored in an automated file of personal data, with SPC as the owner and responsible party, with registered office at Álava Technology Park, Leonardo da Vinci 14 in Miñano.
The owner guarantees the possibility of data cancellation for participants who wish to do so and communicate it via the email dpd@spc.es

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Simply participating in the draw implies acceptance of these Terms, so expressing non-acceptance of all or part of them will result in the participant’s exclusion and, consequently, the company will be released from the obligation contracted with that participant.

CONTENTS AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION, S.A. does not assume any responsibility arising from the contents linked on the Website, provided they are external to it, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in them that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the user's documents or files, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

In the event that any user, client, or third party considers that the content or services provided by the linked pages are unlawful or harm the goods or rights of the user, a client, or a third party liable for compensation, and, in particular, consist of:

- Activities or contents that may be considered criminal under Spanish criminal law.

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION, S.A. is not responsible for the lack of usefulness or suitability for a specific use of this Website. It is also not liable for any harm the User may suffer due to errors or omissions that the contents of this Website may have, although it commits to periodically verify and monitor its contents and information.
