“Technology for the Whole Family”

ORGANIZING COMPANY

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION S.A., hereinafter SPC, with registered office at LEONARDO DA VINCI, 14 and tax ID number A01042878, organizes the draw for:

A ZEUS 4G PRO smartphone for seniors
A GRAVITY 3 MINI tablet
ZION STUDIO headphones
A SMARTEE DUO smartwatch

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY REGARDING FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND INSTAGRAM

FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND INSTAGRAM do not sponsor, endorse, or manage this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with them. The user fully releases FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND INSTAGRAM and understands that, if they win, they are providing their information to SPC and not to FACEBOOK, TWITTER, OR INSTAGRAM. The information provided will be used to notify the winner, deliver the prize, and allow them to enjoy it.

The notification of the result will be strictly by email.

PURPOSE AND PROCEDURE OF THE DRAW

The draw aims to promote SPC’s project and products.

To participate and have a chance to win the prize, it is necessary to:

Follow SPC on at least one of its official social media profiles. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Leave a comment mentioning at least 3 friends. They must be real people’s accounts, not brands or organizations. Participation can be on the official draw post on any of the 3 social networks; it is not necessary to participate on all three.
Register via email on the landing page set up exclusively for this draw. The notification of the result will be strictly by email, so this email must be correct and checked frequently.

The organizer reserves the right to invalidate entries from personal profiles suspected of being fraudulent.

DURATION AND SCOPE

The draw is national in scope, subject to delivery being made to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, excluding shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, and/or the Canary Islands, although participation from these areas is allowed.

The draw will start on November 28 at 1:00 a.m. and will end on Monday, December 11 at 11:59 p.m. The winner’s name will be announced exclusively via the email provided by the winner on December 12. Non-winners will not be notified.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE

The following may participate in the draw:

All natural persons over 18 years old residing in Spain who have a real profile on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and a valid email address.

SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen from all entries as follows:

The list of participating emails will be extracted and a participation number assigned to each participant. Using an external random number generator tool (Random.org), the winner of the draw will be selected.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days or does not claim the prize, they will lose the right to it.

The winner must provide their personal details and place of residence to receive the prize.

It is not exchangeable for its monetary value or for any other product in the catalogue.

RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Fraud will be understood, by way of example but not limited to, as the suspected use of applications independent of the website: abuse of server queries and any behaviour that may appear abusive or malicious.

Detection of any such practices during the draw will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the prize if already awarded.

The company is exempt from any liability in case of errors in the data provided by the winner that prevent their identification.

Likewise, the company limits its liability for damages of any kind that may arise from temporary unavailability or interruption of the services through which participation in the promotion is made, including, but not limited to, failures in access to the pages and sending of participation responses via the internet.

The company also reserves the right to make changes that ensure the proper completion of the draw when there is just cause or force majeure preventing it from being carried out as set out in these terms.

The company reserves the right to postpone or extend the draw period, as well as the authority to interpret these legal terms.

Furthermore, the organizing company will be exempt from all liability if any of the above cases occur, as well as from liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data of the winner such as name and surname, address, town, email, phone number, and other necessary data for prize delivery will be collected. The company guarantees compliance with the obligations and guarantees established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving the regulation developing the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

Participation in the draw implies knowledge and acceptance of the following points by participants:

All participants agree to provide the necessary and mandatory data for the draw process, communication with the winner, and prize delivery.
Participants agree to receive commercial advertising communications via email, SMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow commercial communications. These communications will be made by the organizing company and relate to its products and services or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has promotional agreements.
Data will be treated confidentially and stored in an automated personal data file, with SPC as the owner and responsible party, with registered office at Álava Technology Park, Leonardo da Vinci 14 in Miñano.
The owner guarantees the possibility of data cancellation for participants who wish to do so and communicate it via the email dpd@spc.es

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Simply participating in the draw implies acceptance of these Terms, so expressing non-acceptance of all or part of them will result in the participant’s exclusion and, consequently, the company will be released from the obligation contracted with that participant.

CONTENTS AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION, S.A. does not assume any responsibility arising from the contents linked on the Website, provided they are external to it, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in them that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the user's documents or files, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

In the event that any user, client, or third party considers that the content or services provided by the linked pages are unlawful or harm the goods or rights of the user, a client, or a third party liable for compensation, and, in particular, consist of:

- Activities or contents that may be considered criminal under Spanish criminal law.

- Activities or contents that violate intellectual or industrial property rights.

- Activities or contents that endanger public order, criminal investigation, public safety, and national defense.

- Activities or contents that endanger the protection of public health, respect for human dignity and the principle of non-discrimination, and the protection of health and childhood.

SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION, S.A. is not responsible for the lack of usefulness or suitability for a specific use of this Website. It is also not liable for any harm the User may suffer due to errors or omissions that the contents of this Website may have, although it commits to periodically verify and monitor its contents and information.
