Returns and withdrawal policy

If, when you receive your order, the product doesn’t quite meet your expectations, don’t worry: you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. You can submit your request by contacting our support team directly at help@onspc.com

Once we accept your request, you will be refunded the amount paid to your original payment method. 

It is very important that you take the following conditions for making a return into account:

1. The product must be in perfect condition.
2. You will have a period of 14 days from the time you request the return to send us the package.
3. You may send us the package using the carrier of your choice, but shipping costs must be paid.
4. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of products that come into contact with the skin during use if they have been used for more than a simple inspection.
5. We would appreciate it if you sent all the original packaging for the item, as otherwise the product may depreciate when the return is processed.

After this period has passed, you will have  24 months to make use of the  warranty. Goods purchased on or after 01/01/2022 will have a 36-month warranty.
