Quality policy

At SPC, we have spent decades developing technology products to bring the best and latest technology to everyone, and to accompany both individuals and businesses on their journey of innovation. Specializing in consumer electronics, we offer our users tablets, true wireless headphones, speakers, smartphones, home telephones, mobile phones for seniors, and a wide range of Smart Home solutions, among other products. In the professional services area, we provide collaboration and communication solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Our efforts have always been, are, and will continue to be focused on delivering excellence in the quality of both our products and the service we provide to all users of our brand. To achieve this, we are committed to persevering in our efforts to deliver the highest quality, continuously improving at every level of the organization, and keeping our focus on the future so we can anticipate society’s technological needs and provide solutions that meet them with the highest standards of quality and accessibility.

To ensure this commitment, at SPC we have implemented a quality management system based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, and we are committed to meeting all applicable requirements. We do so with the determination to always give our very best and the enthusiasm to meet the expectations of both the members of our organization and all the individuals and businesses who place their trust in our work and products.

Finally, it is worth emphasizing that our strongest commitment is to people. In particular, since they are the driving force behind the company, we are committed to the people who make SPC possible.

That is why, with the aim of helping our team maintain a healthy balance between their professional, personal, and family lives, in early 2023 we joined the Kontzilia community, a program run by the Basque Government’s Department of Equality, Justice and Social Policies that aims to provide information and encourage reflection on issues related to shared work-life balance.

Thanks to this initiative, we now have an assessment of our current situation and a participatory, dynamic action plan that allows us to study, develop, and implement work-life balance and flexibility policies, thereby improving the overall well-being of our staff.
