If when you receive your order the product does not fully satisfy you, do not worry, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
It is very important that you take into account the following conditions to be able to make your return:
- The product must be in perfect condition.
- You will have a period of 14 calendar days from the moment you request the return to send us the package.
- You may send us the package with the transport company of your choice but the shipping costs must be paid by you.
- For hygiene reasons we will not accept the return of those products that must be in contact with the skin for their use and have been used beyond a mere check.
- It would be appreciated if you send all the original packaging of the item since otherwise the product could suffer depreciation when making the return.
Once this period has passed you will have 24 months to make use of the warranty. Goods purchased from 01/01/2022 will have a 36-month warranty from their side.
