This Privacy Policy describes how SMART PRODUCTS CONNECTION (SPC) collects, uses, and shares information related to the SPC Discovery app.

This Privacy Policy describes how SPC processes the personal data of users who use SPC Discovery, a launcher for Android devices.
This policy applies exclusively to SPC Discovery. Other SPC products, apps, or services will be governed by their own privacy policies when expressly indicated.

SPC Discovery is designed to operate mainly locally on the device. Depending on the app configuration and usage, we may process the following data:

List of installed applications (necessary to display and organize apps).

Basic interactions with the launcher (for example, app or widget selection).
This data is not transmitted to external servers and remains on the user's device.

Depending on the app version and integrated services:

This data is used solely to improve the stability and experience of the application.
4. Personal data we collect
SPC Discovery does not require user registration nor collects personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number, or email.
However, the launcher may handle the following data in a limited way:

- Android operating system version

- Technical information necessary for the proper functioning of the launcher
This data is used exclusively for technical purposes and service improvement and does not allow personal identification of the user.
4.2. Application data
SPC Discovery may access the list of installed applications only to organize, display, and facilitate their use from the launcher.

The launcher may require certain Android system permissions, such as:
