For example, if the phone user is a child at a camp or someone who needs support, their family members can add contacts to the phonebook remotely via SMS and receive alerts when the battery is low or when there are many hours of inactivity.
Additionally, the Smart Ringtone automatically increases the volume if a call is not answered, to improve the chances of picking up on the second ring.
All these features are optional and can be turned on or off from Settings > Smart Help.
