How to Train Gamers and Content Creators Top Gamers Academy is the first reality/talent show type program, now so widespread among current television channels, focused 100% on the world of video games. The program is produced by Gestmusic Endemol (producer of the well-known Operación Triunfo) and Webedia Spain. A total of 6500 participants have gone through the different casting sessions. Of all of them, 50 finalists remained who, after the final casting on August 27, were reduced to only 21 contestants. The goal of the new program Top Gamers Academy is to show the general public how to become not only a professional player but also a content creator linked to the world of video games. This innovative and unprecedented project worldwide brings together training, competition, and above all, lots of fun around video games, which are the common bond of it all. During the final casting, the participants were evaluated by Suja, Fortnite instructor, and Lucas Ordoñez, Spanish racing driver who entered professional competition after being named champion in the GT Academy competition. Besides these two names, the final casting included the participation of Rubius, Willyrex, Grefg, Mangel, Fargan and Ampeter. All of them will be the team leaders within the academy. The program features the presenter Jordi Cruz, known to those of a certain age as the unforgettable host of Art Attack). Top Gamers Academy will finally start in October and will last for two months. All video game lovers will be able to watch it live through Twitch 24 hours a day. It will also be broadcast on Neox, Flooxer, and ATRESplayer PREMIUM.
