Technical support

Send our team a message and we will reply as soon as possible

Is it difficult to start using the SPC STELLA 3?

No. It comes ready to use with a simple menu and large keys. You only need to insert the SIM card, place it on its base, and start calling by opening the cover.

How do you answer and hang up calls?

You can do it in two ways: opening the cover to answer and closing it to hang up, or using the specific colored physical buttons, designed to easily identify how to answer or end a call.

What exactly does the SOS button do?

By holding it down, the phone calls and sends a help message to up to 5 set contacts. It repeats the alert several times to ensure someone answers.

Can I use it if I am wearing earphones?

Yes. It is compatible with earphones and has a very loud ringtone, to hear calls clearly and without interference.

What happens if the elderly person becomes confused or needs help?

You can press the SOS button to activate it if it has been configured. When linked to the SPC Care app on a caregiver's mobile phone, the phone alerts them to inactivity or missed calls and allows remote adjustments to keep everything working properly.
